70th Birthday Gala – Spring is here!

The birthday host didn’t think he needed a planner, but the children insisted he had one, and that was how we came into being a party planner. This was our second event with the family, and somehow we kinda knew the reason they needed someone to consolidate all the needs together for a big birthday gala.

One thing Mr Pang didn’t want to ever compromise, is great food, great ambience and definitely great music. Yes, the entertainment was the highlight of the day, and Jeremy Monteiro was hired to be the chef maestro of the music for the evening. What can we say about the party? 80th Oriental Birthday Party – 1970s Old Good Times

We remembered clearly how our host, Richard first interviewed us. He was planning for his mum 80th Birthday, and he told us he only has 30 guests but he needed to book the entire ballroom for this event. Our founder, Hannah was listening attentively to the inner desires of what he really was looking for. And finally he asked Hannah one simple question : I don’t really care how you will design the party, but I just need to know : will you treat my mum the same how you will treat like yours?

And that was such an apt question to Hannah, because at the same period, Hannah has been taking care of her mum who has just suffered stroke months ago, so in her mind, she knew exactly what Richard was asking. He was not looking at the glitz or glamour, he was looking at the soul of the party – it is a party he wanted to bring joy to her mum, where she can be brought back to the good old times where all her favourites in life are rekindled.. and you bet we did. It was a big bash and yet intimate party for only 30 guests!

Diamond Jubilee – A 60th Birthday Celebration

The joy of us being a party planner is our clients grow with us, from their son or daughter’s wedding, to even their mum or husband’s birthday. This past year, we are so blessed to be given the opportunity to create some of the grandest birthdays, as well as intimate family celebrations.

As the saying goes, “Memories made together last a Lifetime”, and we strongly believe that while we spend time working hard for our daily needs, we ought to spend even more time to create beautiful memories for our loved ones, especially when they are the ones who release us to do what we need to do at work.

This is a glimpse of one of our big birthday celebration we have done in our client’s home. It is never easy to create an event with existing fixed structure of a home, because we need to ensure whatever we need to install must be executed precisely, and most importantly, every precious furniture or art piece within a home is taken care of.

Besides that, our Creative Director, Hannah Chong, when creating her designs, she always aim to bring out the beauty of the space and enhance it with her creations, but never to alter the charm of it’s origin. As we create the party concept, we always ensure our guests must be felt comfortable within the space and at the same time, enjoy the charm of the client’s coziness of a home. And what matters to Hannah most is : Our party is a reflection of style of the Host in all the detailing.

Alena’s Rawrsome 4th Birthday Party

During Covid, social parties are not around, and yet for many parents, their children’s birthday is an essential milestone in the kid’s life. So despite no big parties for the kids, the family get us to deck up their home with Alena’s favourite creatures – you guess right, the Dinosaurs World! We have never met a little girl who literally knows all the names of the dinosaurs in the World. You can be certain, when Alena woke up from bed the morning, she was beaming with great joy!

Landon’s 100 Days Birthday

We seldom create parties for kids, but when we have the opportunity to do it, we want to do it the Heaven’s Gift way! Everything is larger than life – we have life sized racing car, huge champion trophy, and every details crafted is to intend to bring a smile to our little Landon. So take a glimpse of this party which we created within 2 weeks for Landon’s parents who simple love Ferrari cars!
